About the job
Your tasksAs a Spa Attendant, you ensure together with the team that our guests feel completely comfortable in the spa.
You are mainly responsible for order, cleanliness, and support in the daily operational business. Your tasks include:
Checking and ongoing maintenance of changing areas, showers, and public spa zones – always clean, tidy, and well equipped
Cleanliness is your responsibility during the day. This means: All cleaning tasks arising during the day in all spa areas are carried out by you and the team of spa attendants. The nightly deep cleaning is done by housekeeping
Welcoming and attending to guests in the juice bar and spa lounge – with an open eye for their wishes and needs
Preparation and serving of drinks such as water, tea, or freshly pressed juices
Supporting therapists in preparing treatment rooms
Reliable completion of checklists as well as correct and punctual work – both are crucial for smooth operations in the spa
Reporting lost property and supporting small logistical tasks
Your profile
For this position, we are looking for a committed, resilient personality with a strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and teamwork. You bring the following:
Experience in the spa sector or resort hotel industry is an advantage
Initial experience in cleaning, spa, hotel industry, facility management, or F&B (e.g., service or bar)
Impeccable manners, well-groomed appearance, and a confident, helpful demeanor towards guests
Knowledge of nutritional guidelines is an advantage
Eye for detail and high standards for order, hygiene, and quality
Fluent language skills in English as well as German and/or French; additional languages are an advantage
High personal responsibility, discretion, and willingness to take on physically demanding or unpleasant tasks
Passion and joy for the profession as well as motivation to work in a team
