Technical Concierge (a)

Your tasks:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations
• Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical installations
• Manage maintenance and upkeep activities
• Handle various requests and minor repairs.
• Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and purchase orders
• Supervise and monitor the execution of work by contracted companies
• Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for different sectors
• Administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc...)
• Manage small repair projects
• Ensure on-call service (1 week / 5)

Your profile:

• Diploma as ES technician, CFC or certificate in building technology or maintenance, electricity or energy, or an equivalent diploma
• Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector, facility management, or technical field
• Driver's license
• French language (B2/C1) and knowledge of German is an asset 
• Very good command of common computer tools (MS Office)
• Strong customer orientation, team spirit, and flexibility
