Our client is a progressive non-profit organisation in the field of outpatient care and support, operating on behalf of several municipalities in the Zurich Oberland region. The company enables sick, impaired or convalescent people of all ages to live a self-determined life at home and is characterised by a supportive team as well as contemporary employment conditions. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Health Specialist EFZ immediately or by arrangement.

Health Specialist EFZ 40-100 (m/f/d)

- Carrying out basic and treatment care in stable client situations - Assignments in complex client situations with professional support - Nursing activities based on care planning and competencies - Maintaining meaningful care documentation - Conducting needs assessments using household assessments - Support in the area of living environment and daily structure - Household management taking into account client resources - Promotion and maintenance of individual client abilities - Performing independent and delegated administrative tasks - Interdisciplinary collaboration within the organisation

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Care EFZ - Further training in treatment care (medical technology) required - Practical professional experience, preferably with Spitex organisation - High client and service orientation required - Strong communication, self and social skills - Resilient, innovative and flexible personality - IT user skills advantageous - Driving licence category B mandatory
