About the job
Anything but ordinary
In Paraplegiology, we specialise in the treatment of patients with traumatic or disease-related spinal cord injuries. The initial rehabilitation begins immediately after acute medical care in our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). In follow-up rehabilitations, we also treat patients with complications such as pressure ulcers, spasticity, pain, bladder and bowel disorders. The interprofessional team deals with topics such as visible and invisible disabilities, coping with crises, new life plans and ethics, and approaches the different patient situations flexibly and with commitment.
The goal is to achieve and maintain the greatest possible independence in daily life and the best possible reintegration into the social and possibly professional environment. Are you open to a challenge that is anything but ordinary? Then you are in the right place with us and we look forward to your application for the Paraplegiology Ward.
