To strengthen our sales administration team, we are looking for a communicative, committed and upbeat personality who enjoys taking responsibility and thinking along.
Sales Administration Specialist MedTech (80-100%)
with responsibility for operational customer support
You can expect a versatile position at the interface between our customers and various internal departments. You actively contribute your experience, take responsibility for the operational support of selected customers and develop our sales administration further together with the team.
Your tasks
- You handle customer orders comprehensively – from A to Z
- You process customer enquiries and keep contractual agreements under control
- You operationally support and coordinate selected customers
- Customer needs, quotations, price calculations and delivery schedules are also part of your daily routine
- You take responsibility for customs matters and preference calculations
- You work closely with production planning, purchasing, logistics and service
- Supporting our commercial apprentices is also part of your role
- You actively drive continuous improvements and efficiency increases
- You ensure timely invoicing for monthly and annual financial statements
Your profile
You are reliable, open-minded and prudent. You enjoy customer contact and teamwork, act entrepreneurially and like to get stuck in. Even in demanding situations, you remain calm and keep an overview.
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, experience in the MedTech industry is an advantage
- Experience in operational customer support
- Commercial training, further education in foreign trade or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge in customs and export, preference calculation and Incoterms, as well as experience with ERP systems (ideally Abacus)
- Solution- and quality-oriented working style with high personal responsibility and commitment
- Forward-looking and well organised with a good eye for details and numbers
