Our integrated general practice in the Regional Care Centre Baden with up to four specialists offers basic medical care for older people with complex care needs and is the medical heart for the medical care of our residents.
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised, professional care and support.
To allow our medical team to fully concentrate on medical work, a practice manager takes over the organisation and coordination of processes.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

- You are responsible for the medical care of our residents in an interdisciplinary environment
- You conduct specialist medical assessments, treatments and therapies
- You work closely with nursing, therapies and other areas
- You accompany relatives and support medical decisions
- You actively participate in internal case discussions and quality circles
- You contribute your expertise to promote the further development of our in-house medical practice
This is how you convince us:
- You have a specialist title in General Internal Medicine, preferably with a focus on Geriatrics or in another specialty, or have an equivalent recognised qualification
- You have experience in the geriatric or psychiatric field, ideally in a long-term care setting
- You are a team-oriented person with high social competence
- You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration and open communication
- You want to focus on medical work – without leadership responsibilities
