Technical Caretaker 100% (a)

Your main tasks:

- Operating technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.)
- Planning and carrying out maintenance and inspection work
- Processing tickets while adhering to specified intervention and response times
- Obtaining and preparing quotes from third-party suppliers
- Reporting additional services
- Site and waste management
- Performing general housekeeping services
- Ensuring and monitoring cleaning maintenance in individual buildings
- Conducting fault analyses

Your profile:

- Completed basic training in building technology (HVACSE) or facility maintenance
- Further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate or as a caretaker with a federal certificate
- Experience in repair work on technical systems, equipment, and buildings
- Further training in electrical or NIV 15 is an advantage
- At least 2 - 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Very good German skills and MS Office knowledge
- Driver's license category B (BE is an advantage)
- Impeccable reputation
- Willingness to be on call and perform winter service
