Tax Reclaim Specialist

Your Role:
- Operational and professional responsibility for reclaiming foreign withholding taxes in relevant jurisdictions
- Analysis and preparation of tax matters by country
- Ensuring the complete and timely submission of all applications
- Interface management with fund accounting, custodian banks, tax advisors and authorities
- Openness to potential leadership roles
Your Education and Experience:
- Completed training in business administration, tax law, banking & finance or comparable background
- Several years of experience in taxes, fund/asset management, tax operations or regulatory services
- Very good knowledge of withholding tax mechanisms in international markets (especially fund structures)
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (MiFID, FIDLEG, OECD guidelines, double taxation agreements)
- Leadership experience would be an advantage

- Analytical working style, high accuracy and structured documentation
- You gladly take on responsibility and successfully implement topics
- Experience handling data, ideally knowledge of automation/workflow tools
