We are looking for someone to handle reception, printers, scanners, USB peripherals, mobile phones, audiovisual equipment, and to perform diagnostics as well as first-level interventions on cabling.

  • Ensure support and troubleshooting of business applications to guarantee their proper functioning.
  • Install, configure, prepare, replace and repair IT equipment and associated peripherals.
  • Manage inventory, including access, IT or equivalent qualification, complemented by solid practical experience.
  • Professional experience in IT environment administration.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments as well as Modern Desktop and Modern Workplace concepts.
  • Excellent command of clear and structured technical documentation.
  • Strong skills in analysis, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, with the ability to provide sustainable solutions.
  • Sensitivity to ITIL best practices, IT security, identity and access management (IAM), as well as English (minimum B2), enabling effective communication in an international environment.
