Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 100,000Role:

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the complete processing of the monthly payroll – from data maintenance and changes to the final payroll run.
In cases of illness, accident and various other situations, you handle the administrative processing and ensure the correct handling of daily allowances.
You take care of all payroll-related notifications and changes, especially in the areas of social insurance, pension fund, family allowances, withholding tax and enforcement costs.
Checking working time data and reconciling payroll accounting with financial accounting are also part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education as well as further training in HR, accounting or payroll form your professional foundation.
You have several years of practical experience in payroll accounting.
You are good with numbers and are characterised by a careful, efficient and independent way of working.
As a flexible, resilient and solution-oriented personality, you enjoy working in a team and also pitch in when the workload is high.
You have confident German language skills.
