Due to our strong growth, we are looking for a passionate and sports-loving Fitness Club Manager (m/f/d) for our club in Fribourg on a 100% basis.

As the Fitness Club Manager at PureGym, you play a key role in managing and developing your club. You are not only responsible for tasks such as personnel and budget management, but you also play a crucial role in improving performance and optimising the member experience in your club.

Your role includes the following activities and responsibilities:

• You implement a proactive leadership approach to create a high-performing and highly engaged culture in your club and act as a role model for your team.

• You strive to achieve the highest standards in your club, ensure that quality objectives and guidelines regarding cleanliness, safety, and health are met, and conduct regular checks.

• You take care of our members and accompany them in a friendly manner, while spreading the PureGym spirit throughout the premises.

• You ensure optimal staffing within the club and coordinate your team’s duty rosters.

• You are responsible for recruiting personnel, onboarding, and training your team.

• You analyse reports, data, and market trends, define strategies considering the budget to achieve your goals and increase your club’s performance.

• You regularly lead live group fitness classes and participate in planning and launching new class schedules.

What you ideally bring:

• You have completed training or studies in the field of sport and fitness.

• You have completed training or studies in the field of sport and fitness.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in the same or a similar position.

• You have very good knowledge of German (at least B2), English and any other language are a plus.

• You have a good sense of numbers and analysis.

• You ideally already have leadership experience.

• You are flexible, including for evening and weekend shifts.

• You have a strong sense of responsibility and an independent and proactive working method.

• You enjoy contact with people and have a strong affinity for fitness, health, and sales.
