Tasks
- Ensuring a smooth production process as well as ongoing monitoring of processes
- Professional and personnel management of several employees
- Planning and coordination of daily tasks and resources
- Monitoring ongoing orders and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations or disruptions
- Organising maintenance and supporting technical problem-solving
Requirements
- Completed technical or mechanical vocational training
- Several years of experience in an industrial company
- Experience in staff management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
