We are looking for you as a Project Manager: Execution Planning Architecture with an aesthetic sensitivity and solid expertise. In this role, you hold all the threads together and ensure that planning and implementation mesh smoothly.

Your tasks

• After the building permit has been granted, you coordinate the execution and detailed planning for medium to large residential developments
• You lead client meetings and conduct negotiations with authorities, specialists and companies
• You are part of project teams that define and implement design and constructive criteria
• With your commitment, you help to create attractive living spaces

Your profile

• You have a qualification as an architect FH/ETH or technician HF/TS
• You are a proactive personality with solid expertise
• You like to take responsibility
• You think interdisciplinarily as well as solution- and customer-oriented, and are communicative and a team player
• You are proficient in common IT tools
