To complement our team, we are looking for a reliable, committed and competent Plant and Shift Supervisor | Operator (m/f/d) 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of PLC-controlled production plants
• Manufacture of our products according to production and quality specifications
• Quality control during production in collaboration with our laboratory
• Cleaning of production equipment
• Assistance with continuous improvements
• Leading and motivating the subordinate production staff

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training is an advantage
• Willingness to work 3- or 4-shift system
• German language skills, spoken and written
• Reliable and proactive team player
• IT user skills
