Are you ready to help shape the digital transformation? As the IT service and competence center of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our internal customers with a secure basic infrastructure and advanced applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the canton of Graubünden.

We as the Office for Information Technology are looking for a Systems Engineer for Windows application operations to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

You are responsible for the operation and 2nd-level support of Windows applications and ensure availability
You independently implement customer projects and take technical responsibility – from planning to application integration
You analyze complex incidents, support our customers with changes, and ensure high service quality

What you bring with you

Education or training in computer science and experience in technical application operations
Solid knowledge of Windows servers and the most common automation tools
Networked, analytical thinking as well as a structured and team-oriented working style
Strong perseverance and a hands-on mentality – you tackle challenges with pleasure
Willingness for occasional assignments outside regular working hours
Good German language skills, spoken and written
