Are you ready to help shape the digital transformation? As the IT service and competence center of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our internal customers with a secure basic infrastructure and advanced applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the canton of Graubünden.
We as the Office for Information Technology are looking for a Systems Engineer for Windows application operations to start immediately or by arrangement.
- You are responsible for the operation and 2nd-level support of Windows applications and ensure availability
- You independently implement customer projects and take technical responsibility – from planning to application integration
- You analyze complex incidents, support our customers with changes, and ensure high service quality
- Education or training in computer science and experience in technical application operations
- Solid knowledge of Windows servers and the most common automation tools
- Networked, analytical thinking as well as a structured and team-oriented working style
- Strong perseverance and a hands-on mentality – you tackle challenges with pleasure
- Willingness for occasional assignments outside regular working hours
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
