What to Expect
Our team takes care of efficient, solution-oriented, and customer-friendly service processing in the field of property and technical insurance. A team of six civil engineers inspects and processes construction insurance damages across Switzerland.
With us, you will independently manage your own portfolio of construction damages and actively support the civil engineers in administration, damage reporting, and triaging cases. Occasional site visits in your region are also part of your responsibilities. You will be in constant contact via email and phone with clients, partners, claimants, and third parties; you will also review all received documents. In the end, you will decide independently or in tandem with the civil engineers.

Your Qualifications:
- Completed training in the construction industry, for example as a construction manager, site manager, construction technician, civil engineering draftsman, carpenter, or mason
- Professional experience is an advantage
- Additional training in the commercial field is an advantage
- Very good German, French is an advantage
