The HR department is the contact point for around 600 employees in the administration and education sectors and ensures the HR processes. For the education sector with around 400 employees, four primary school units, a secondary school, the Tempus (pre-vocational year), as well as four school-related care facilities (KICK) and a daycare center, we are looking for an upbeat, clever, and service-oriented partner in the role of

Your tasks
- In this versatile position, you are responsible in job sharing together with a colleague for the administrative processing and execution around personnel entry, retention, and exit for the school sector
- Preparation of employment and change orders, confirmations as well as interim and final certificates
- Personnel file management (eDossier) and data maintenance
- Support of the area personnel manager in daily business
- Competent contact person for school management and executives
- Revision of forms, optimization of processes, and general correspondence
What you bring
- Practical professional experience in administration, preferably gained in a school administration, personnel administration, education sector, or public administration
- Good IT user skills (we work with Abacus, Microsoft, Escola, Scolaris) and interest in digital processes
- A pronounced, well-structured, and independent working style, initiative, and good communication skills
- A lot of humor for and with the team and to keep an overview in hectic times
- Motivation, team spirit, and joy in active exchange within the HR team
