You have completed an apprenticeship as a Cook EFZ or have experience in the gastronomy/kitchen sector.

You enjoy working in a team and take pleasure when the restaurant is always well attended. You love working with fresh and seasonal products.

You are responsible for the mise en place at the entremetier station and for its preparation during service times.

Gasthaus Adler Allenwinden, a well-maintained establishment in the Canton of Zug, offers excellent and innovative gastronomy. We are primarily an à la carte restaurant and occasionally host smaller banquets.

We offer you an interesting and varied workplace in a small company with close contact to the staff. Regular working hours with 7 weeks of holiday per year, closed on public holidays, and a 4 1/2 day week, Saturday only evening service, Sunday & Monday closed all day.
