- Develop and monitor quality indicators as well as prepare reports for management
- Conduct training and workshops to promote quality and process awareness
- Completed advanced technical training or university degree as well as ISO 9001 auditor certification or equivalent further training
- Several years of professional experience in quality or process management and in setting up ISO management systems
- Methodological competence in process optimization and project management as well as very good IT application skills

- Analytical, structured, self-initiated and resilient personality with solution orientation and teamwork skills
