The Personnel Office works as a cross-sectional office closely with the decentralised HR management of the departments, the State Chancellery, and the courts. It is responsible for the holistic implementation of personnel law and personnel strategy guidelines. Personnel and organisational development supports managers and employees in personnel management matters and provides a wide range of training and advisory services.
To complement our Personnel and Organisational Development team, we are looking for you as of 1 January 2027 as
Clerk in Continuing Education Management (m/f/d)
Workload: 60%
Workplace: St. Gallen
What to expect
- Organisation of seminars and educational events as well as management of seminar announcements
- Further development of the internal training offer of the assigned seminars in coordination with the seminar managers
- Consultation and information for customers by telephone and e-mail
- Responsible for the accounting of seminar and continuing education management
- Co-design of the further development of digital continuing education tools in coordination with external and internal partners
- Processing of continuing education agreements
What distinguishes you
- Completed commercial training with preferably 1-2 years of professional experience
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German skills (spoken and written)
- High IT affinity and pronounced organisational talent
- Structured, precise, and quality-conscious way of working
- Analytical skills for evaluating feedback and controlling
