Team Leader Substation Construction (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Team Leader Substation Construction (m/f/d). You will organise assembly and conversion work on technical energy systems and lead the deployed team directly on site. Careful execution and the safety of all involved are paramount.

Tasks

• Organisation of daily work in coordination with team and project management
• Coordination of assembly team, materials, equipment and deployment planning
• Supervision of new, conversion and assembly work on electrical systems
• Monitoring execution as well as adherence to deadlines and safety regulations
• Representation of project management on site and participation in project meetings
• Active support of the team in practical work on the construction site

Profile

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable qualification
• Knowledge in the field of low and medium voltage systems is an advantage
• Further training as an electrical team leader or willingness to undertake this
• Initial experience in technical leadership or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
• Driving licence category B and willingness for planned assignments
• Good German skills as well as responsible and safety-oriented working style
