For the Raiffeisenbank Oberseetal, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Hochdorf, Eschenbach and Inwil, we are looking for a personality as Head of Credit Office (m/f/d) due to a reorganisation, starting immediately or by arrangement.Head of Credit Office (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- Professional and operational management of credit processing
- Independent analysis as well as risk- and solution-oriented assessment of credit applications (private customers and smaller and medium-sized corporate customers, real estate or corporate financing)
- Approval of credit applications within own competence or preparation of the decision basis and recommendation to the responsible decision-maker
- Intensive cooperation with customer advisors, especially advice on credit and system-technical as well as regulatory issues
- Management of credit positions, recording and preparation of object valuations using bank-internal valuation tools, data collection for balance sheet analyses, construction loan control and management of mortgage master data (quality management)
What do you bring with you?
- Completed studies, preferably in business administration or finance (FH, university or comparable education)
- Several years of professional experience in customer consulting, in the credit office and/or in bank auditing
- Proven experience in credit assessment, credit processing and credit monitoring
- Committed, reliable and communicative personality with pronounced decision-making and team skills
- Independent, structured way of working as well as networked, solution-oriented action
- Enjoyment of real estate and willingness for personal and professional development
