The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 accommodations under the brand Mountain Hotels and Resorts, ranging from simple group houses to upscale four-star superior hotels.

The Hotel
The Mountain Plaza Hotel is located in the heart of Davos Platz and is only a few minutes' walk from Jakobshorn or the Bolgen area. Since 24 November 2023, the resort has been operated by Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG. The hotel has 210 different rooms, a restaurant and lounge, a wine bar, and a large wellness area.

Your tasks
- Working at the front office with guest check-in and check-out
- Attending to guests on site and providing information about the offerings of the Davos Klosters Mountains
- Handling reservations with the hotel software Protel
- Receiving and processing emails, phone calls, requests, and feedback
- Assisting in managing the entire front office department and ensuring professional and personalised guest care.
Your profile
- Education: You have a commercial or equivalent education or experience as a front office employee
- Working style: You have a quick grasp, enjoy working independently, are reliable and flexible, and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Team player: You enjoy working in a team and are willing to help in other areas of responsibility
- Language: You have good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as oral English skills
- Commitment: You are willing to work on weekends
