An ambitious and meaningful project
We are strengthening support and care practices in two reception structures, Kaolin and Intera, designed to meet the needs of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Developmental Disorder (IDD) in complex situations.
This project, based on mixed socio-educational and medico-therapeutic support, aims to become an example of best practices, a reference place where the most recent, validated and effective approaches will be implemented.
Our ambition is clear:
- to offer very high-quality, individualised support that respects the aspirations and needs of each resident.
- to give beneficiaries the means to develop their skills and autonomy
- to provide professionals with a solid, innovative working environment supported by a structured methodology and a robust training and support system
- to make this structure a recognised model, intended to inspire other projects and institutions.
