On behalf of our client, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a:

Clerk: Finance and Accounting (m/f/d) 80%

Location:

Birsfelden, BL

Area of responsibility

Accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial accounting

Processing and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices

Execution of payment transactions and monitoring of open items

Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR

Reconciliation of accounts as well as maintenance and control of master data

Support in the preparation of evaluations, statistics and reports

Participation in budget and forecast processes

Responsibility for dunning and debt collection

Support in the preparation of internal and external audits

Ensuring correct and audit-proof documentation of accounting records

Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of financial processes

General administrative tasks in finance and accounting

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. accounting clerk) or comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting

Confident handling of ERP systems as well as common MS Office applications, especially Excel

German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous

Independent, reliable and precise working style

Analytical thinking skills as well as a strong affinity for numbers

Responsible, service-oriented and team-capable personality

Flexible and resilient working style with high initiative

Discretion, integrity and trustworthiness
