Polymed Medical Center is the market leader in the sale of medical technology devices and consumables and specialises in professional services for medical practices throughout Switzerland.

For our family-run company, we are looking to strengthen the Internal Sales department immediately or by arrangement with a Sales Employee Internal Sales (100%) for the Bern (BE) or Glattbrugg (ZH) location.

Your main tasks

• Telephone and competent advice to doctors and practice staff
• Receipt of customer orders (by phone, in writing or electronically) and order entry in the ERP system
• Support of the field sales managers
• Managing and processing emails
• Coordination and collaboration with other departments
• Various administrative tasks

Your profile

• Basic medical and/or pharmaceutical training
• Several years of professional experience desired
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Communicative, service- and customer-oriented personality
• Sound knowledge of MS Office programmes
• You speak fluent French and German (mandatory)
