Your area of responsibility with the new employer

• Ensuring professional and holistic care and support of residents during day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
• Recognising individual needs as well as early detection of changes and emergency situations with appropriate, confident action
• Careful and complete electronic nursing documentation using modern mobile devices
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups and active participation in the further development of nursing quality

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland with SRK accreditation
