What you can achieve with us:

• Support and advice for tenants, owners and other involved parties
• Recording new properties and rental contracts as well as maintaining master data
• Handling the entire rental process (advertisements, viewings, handovers, inspections)
• Coordination of craftsmen and external service providers
• Administrative support of the management team in daily business
• Accounts payable including bookings and payment processing
• Accounts receivable and management of outstanding items
• Accompanying and supporting owners' meetings
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements

What you bring:

• Completed commercial basic training EFZ
• Mandatory experience in property management
• Confident handling of RIMO R5 and comparable IT applications
• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Commitment, motivation and strong team spirit
