Your Tasks
- Planning, control and optimisation of operating theatre processes
- Coordination of operating theatre capacities and resources
- Close cooperation with doctors, nursing staff and administration
- Ensuring smooth operating theatre operations
- Participation in process improvements and quality management
Your Profile
- Completed training in healthcare (e.g. nursing, OTA) or comparable qualification
- Ideally further training in operating theatre management or several years of operating theatre experience
- Organisational strength and communication skills
- Resilience and solution-oriented thinking
- Experience in operating theatre planning is an advantage
