About the job
The positions are located at the Garderie des Ateliers in Mont-sur-Lausanne, a facility with a capacity of 64 places. The positions are to be filled across all groups.
Your missions:
- Ensure quality support for the children welcomed, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in accordance with the institutional project and current regulations.
- Identify quality-related issues based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose courses of action and implement them in the interest of the child.
- Foster a quality relationship and exchanges with families and external services.
Your profile:
Creative and sensitive to the principles of active pedagogy, you adopt a reflective stance. Your team spirit, communication skills, and dynamism make you an asset to the team. With a kind and patient personality, you know how to carry out relevant actions independently and with commitment. Organized and responsible, you are proactive and motivated to develop new projects.
You hold a tertiary ES/HES diploma or equivalent, have Swiss nationality or a valid residence permit, as well as a clean criminal record.
