- Lead IT projects: You take independent responsibility for leading IT projects as well as IT Application Life Cycle Management for our customers in the Life Sciences sector.
- Build customer relationships: You communicate confidently with customers from IT and specialist departments and develop long-term partnerships.
- Take responsibility: From conception through implementation to project completion – you are responsible for the entire project lifecycle and ensure a smooth transition into operations.
- Manage IT applications: You take over IT Application Management, identify new services and follow-up projects, and coordinate closely with customers and account managers.
- Manage partners & service providers: You coordinate external partners and service providers, support the acquisition of new projects, and prepare offers.
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- Education & experience: Completed degree with a focus on science or computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Project management experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in leading (sub-)projects and ideally in supporting existing solutions.
- Industry know-how: You bring several years of project management experience in the Life Sciences sector – ideally with both traditional and agile methods.
- Validation & compliance: You are familiar with the validation of IT solutions in the Life Sciences environment.
- Interface competence: You move confidently between business and IT and can efficiently bring both sides together.
- AI expertise: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape its responsible use within your area of responsibility, and act as an enabler for customers as well as internally at adesso.
- Certifications: Ideally, you are PMP-certified or have a comparable qualification.
- Analytical thinking: You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- Language skills: Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Network & willingness to travel: You have an active contact network in the Life Sciences sector and are willing to travel.
