Join us and work as:

SECTOR MANAGER / PROJECT LEADER 80-100% (m/f/d) –BELLINZONA

TASKS:

• take on the technical management of large and small infrastructure projects for various public and private clients
• manage relationships with the client and the project team
• ensure the necessary quality of the work performed
• support the sector manager and regional management in personnel management and activity planning
• support and transfer your knowledge to colleagues with less experience

PROFILE:

• academic training in the relevant field (civil engineering)
• previous work experience of approximately 8-10 years in the relevant field (road works)
• flexibility and initiative
• competence and ability to communicate openly
• management skills
• productive collaboration with clients and colleagues
• precision and punctuality in fulfilling your duties
• excellent oral and written knowledge of Italian; knowledge of German is a clear advantage
