We are looking for the right person!
GoMore is looking for an internal mechanic at 50–60 % as soon as possible for the installation and uninstallation of our Keyless devices in vehicles offered for rent on GoMore.
As an Installation Specialist, you will visit our clients to install the Keyless devices and thus enable the sharing of their vehicles via the GoMore platform and the GoMore Keyless system.
The position is entirely remote and you will not have a physical office. You will therefore organise your own days and schedule installations and uninstallations. The daily work will mainly take place in Lausanne, Geneva and the surrounding areas, but may vary depending on your planning. Hours are flexible and can be organised by you according to client needs.
Your responsibilities

• Install and uninstall Keyless devices in vehicles of various makes and models, directly at the clients’ homes or workplaces.
• Maintain contact with clients and organise installation appointments to plan interventions as efficiently as possible.
• Collect data related to installations, document new knowledge regarding Keyless installation on different vehicle models, and share this knowledge with other mechanics and partners as needed.
• Perform new Keyless installations and, if necessary, carry out on-site checks and troubleshooting of faulty Keyless devices.
• Manage stock and ensure the supply of Keyless devices.

Your profile

• You have solid technical knowledge and wish to continuously develop your expertise in the field of Keyless installations.
• You are a problem solver who is not discouraged by imprecise or incomplete technical sheets.
• You work independently and know how to organise and structure your time effectively.
• You keep your commitments to clients and represent GoMore in a professional and positive manner.
• You are service-oriented and comfortable interacting with clients.
• You have knowledge of English (an asset but not mandatory) to be able to contribute to the support and training of mechanics in other GoMore markets.
• You hold a category B driving licence as well as your own vehicle, which you can use to travel to clients.
