Actively shape the further development of our IKS and make complex requirements understandable, effective and practical.
Specialist IKS 80-100%
This is what your daily routine looks like
- With foresight, you conceptually develop our IKS further and shape its future orientation in line with relevant regulatory and business requirements.
- From planning to follow-up, you take responsibility for IKS reviews: You coordinate and conduct control testings and walkthroughs using technical tools, document the results comprehensibly and ensure the consistent handling of agreed measures.
- You introduce modern tool solutions and technical support options, develop them independently and establish efficient and future-proof processes and work instruments.
- For different stakeholders and management levels, you prepare target group-appropriate reports, analyses and decision-making bases.
- You make complex IKS topics understandable and decision-oriented: For this, you prepare presentations, concepts and concrete recommendations for action for management.
- In exchange with relevant stakeholders from the specialist departments as well as with other governance and control functions, you identify development topics and advance them purposefully.
- You also keep an overview in operational day-to-day business: You maintain the IKS documentation, coordinate deadlines and activities and handle ongoing issues and requirements.
This is what you bring with you
- A completed degree in business, law or a comparable field forms the basis for this role. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the area of Internal Control System (IKS), Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance or in a comparable governance and control function distinguish you – ideally in consulting, banking or insurance.
- You are experienced in planning and conducting control testings, walkthroughs and design assessments. Comprehensible documentation as well as follow-up of findings and measures also belong to your familiar working environment.
- You know the essential concepts and requirements for an effective IKS and can competently assess their impact on processes, risks and controls. Ideally, you have already actively contributed to the conception or further development of an IKS.
- Analysing processes, optimising control activities and recognising contexts – this is exactly one of your strengths. From this, you develop concrete, implementable and sustainable solutions for our IKS.
- You bring a good understanding of the use and further development of IKS, GRC or comparable tool solutions as well as enthusiasm for advancing technical support options.
- Your working style is committed, solution-oriented and quality-conscious. You show initiative and have the ambition not only to accompany topics but to actively further develop and sustainably advance them.
