Your tasks
- You administer client data from admission through stay to discharge in various digital systems.
- You are responsible for processing monthly client invoices as well as invoicing parents, guardians, and cantons (four-eyes principle).
- You manage cost coverage guarantees.
- You actively optimize, digitize, and design administrative processes.
- You evaluate the existing specialist application and check possible new solutions.
- You temporarily take over the telephone and counter service.
Your profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ).
- You have further training or proven experience in process management and digitization.
- Ideally, you have experience with the specialist application LOBOS.
- You handle client and personnel data confidentially.
- You have good written and verbal communication skills.
- You work independently and reliably.
- You are resilient, flexible, and bring a good sense of humor.
