For our nursery in Villars-sur-Glâne, we are looking for, for a start date to be agreed:

1 Socio-educational Assistant for the toddler sector (Permanent contract 80-100%)

1 Socio-educational Assistant for the preschool sector (Permanent contract 80-100%)

Your mission :

• Welcome children and their families in a respectful and professional manner.
• Provide support to parenting
• Ensure the child’s psychological, emotional and physical safety and well-being
• Play a leading role in managing a group of children, in team animation and in proposing suitable playful activities
• Ensure a preventive role with the child and their family
• Collaborate and communicate actively with the site management and the entire educational team
• Contribute to creating a pleasant and motivating work environment respecting the values of the Babilou group and each individual’s personality
• Supervise and organise the daily routine of the children’s groups in the sector to ensure families and children receive impeccable quality care

Your profile :

• Qualified with a Federal VET Diploma as a Socio-educational Assistant or equivalent recognised by the competent authority
• Bilingual French/English is an asset
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Versatility, flexibility and enthusiasm
• Work ethic and sense of responsibility
• Ease of communication, listening skills and team spirit
