These are your tasks
- Familiarise yourself with the topics of building cooling, energy efficiency and energy services
- Collect and analyse market, building and demand data as well as identify future potentials
- Prepare, conduct and evaluate customer and stakeholder discussions
- Develop and assess options for sustainable cooling of existing buildings
- Develop offer and energy service models and examine their economic viability
- Identify and prioritise suitable pilot projects and target customers
- Prepare results, present them and derive concrete recommendations for action
This is what sets you apart
- Completed engineering education (Bachelor or Master) in heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology, building technology, energy and environmental technology or a comparable field
- Interest in building cooling, summer thermal protection, sustainable energy systems as well as market, product and economic issues
- Analytical, structured and independent working style as well as enjoyment in working with technical and market-related data
- Confident use of common office applications; knowledge in data analysis, GIS or energy simulation is an advantage
- Curiosity, initiative, reliability as well as the ability to connect technical, economic and customer-related issues
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in conveying complex content understandably
