About the job
What you will achieve with us
- You are responsible for the psychotherapeutic interdisciplinary treatments of your own patients in collaboration with specialists in somatic disciplines.
- You conduct interdisciplinary treatments with a team of psychiatrists and involve the social services.
- You establish new treatment offers and specialist consultations, including group therapy offers, with the support of management.
- You participate in the training and continuing education programmes of the Barmelweid Clinic.
You inspire us…
- with your completed, at least federally recognised (MEBEKO), training as a specialist psychologist (federally recognised psychotherapist).
- with your completed psychotherapy training (analytical PT, CBT, systemic PT or similar).
- with your several years of experience in psychiatric care.
- with your strong skills in psychotherapeutic work.
- with your innovative ideas to implement new treatment concepts and thus actively participate in the further development of the outpatient clinics.
- with your enthusiasm to participate in case discussions, clinical lectures and intervisions, or to establish and promote such offers.
- even more so if you already have initial experience in treating psychosomatic disorders or are familiar with trauma-specific psychotherapy methods.
About us
We are an innovative and patient-oriented institution dedicated primarily to psychotherapeutic treatment and the promotion of mental health. Our two outpatient clinics in Frick and Aarau offer a wide range of psychotherapeutic services and work with a committed team of psychologists and psychiatrists. Specialist consultations are available in the areas of trauma-related disorders, psycho-oncology, disorders related to pregnancy and childbirth, eating disorders and pain disorders. Furthermore, there is a consultation service with the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau. Our social services complete our offering.
There is close cooperation between the Barmelweid Clinic and its outpatient clinics, so that depending on need, outpatient, day clinic or inpatient treatment can be provided. At the clinic, psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy work closely with internal medicine, enabling the treatment of people with multimorbid somatic diseases as well as psychopathological disorders.
