Clerk Order Processing & Customer Service (100%)

Opuz AG is a leading company in the manufacture and distribution of döner products. We supply gastronomy and retail businesses daily and place great value on quality, service and customer satisfaction.

Your Tasks

• Presence time between 07:00 and 16:30
• Receiving and processing orders (telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp Business)
• Order processing from order to delivery
• Preparation of quotations, invoices and delivery notes
• Customer care and handling of complaints
• Coordination with warehouse, logistics and production
• Maintenance of customer data and general administrative tasks
• Monitoring and supporting debtor and creditor processes in cooperation with accounting

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or experience in a similar role
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation
• Confident handling of MS Office and Bexio; further ERP knowledge an advantage
• Independent, reliable and organised working style
• Very good German skills; Turkish and English skills an advantage
