Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take overall responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management and develop forward-looking measures for sustainable profit improvement
• As a strategic sparring partner of the management, you actively shape corporate development and support well-founded decisions on investments, pricing strategies as well as liquidity and capital management
• Ensuring financial reporting, efficient control mechanisms and regulatory compliance is part of your area of responsibility, as is the optimisation of financial processes
• With your leadership skills, you further develop a small controlling team, coordinate collaboration with international stakeholders and accompany the transformation towards alternative drive technologies

• You have several years of professional experience in financial management, business controlling or a comparable senior position, preferably in an internationally oriented industrial company
• A university degree in business administration, finance or accounting is an advantage and can be supplemented by further qualifications in controlling, financial management or corporate management
• Extensive expertise in financial planning, forecasting, liquidity management and corporate governance characterises you, complemented by experience with international organisational structures as well as very good German and English skills
