How you contribute:

• In a varied and exciting working environment, you lead a team of currently six employees both professionally and personally.
• You are responsible for developing the team and organisational structures of the new Network Operations Gas/Water/Heat unit and ensuring their sustainability.
• Together with your team, you ensure the operation of the pipeline networks in the city of Lucerne and other supply areas of ewl.
• You plan and monitor maintenance and are responsible for coordinating tasks as well as enforcing and further developing standards and norms.
• You continuously develop the processes and workflows within the team and at the interfaces with other stakeholders.
• Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for internal and external concerns regarding all questions about ewl's pipeline networks.
• You help shape the maintenance strategy and are responsible for the maintenance budget planning.

What you bring:

• You have a technical basic education, complemented by further training at HF/FH level in maintenance, technical or commercial fields.
• You have many years of proven, solid experience in leading technical teams in maintenance or energy supply, ideally in the operation or construction of pipeline networks.
• You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking and a reliable, structured way of working, with a high standard for the quality of work results from yourself and your team.
• You are used to creating structures and have experience in developing a team further.
• You are willing, after thorough familiarisation, to perform on-call duty if required.
