Press Photography Internship (a) 80 - 100 %

About the job

• you have the opportunity to further develop your photographic skills and gain valuable experience in the media environment
• you photograph current events in the press sector and report across a wide range of disciplines – from news and portraits to sport, architecture, and drone shots
• you get to know the journalistic day-to-day life up close and work closely with our editorial teams
• you organise and coordinate photo assignments as the interface between editorial and photography
• you edit and optimise image material for publication on our print and online channels
• you assist in creating short video sequences for digital platforms and social media

• you are completing or have successfully completed training or studies in photography
• you have good computer skills, especially in Adobe image editing software
• you convince with a photographic eye, creativity, and a sense for strong visual stories
• you are familiar with social media and ideally have experience filming short video sequences
• you are a team player, reliable, resilient, and work independently, precisely, and efficiently
• you hold a category B driving licence and have your own camera equipment (body and lenses for the press sector)
• you are willing to regularly work evening and weekend shifts
