As a Quality Inspector - RTS you will perform verifies and assure the documentation, modification and correctness for engine piece parts and modules, to ensure the requested standards are met, the technical onlog in SAP is accurate and the operating program is achieved in an efficient and safe manner.
Your tasks
- Release and certify CFM56 & PW4000 piece parts and modules for assembly
- Inspect engine parts for quality, quantity, completeness, and modifications
- Maintain and verify SAP Onlog data and measurement sheets
- Check and confirm executed modifications on parts and components
- Complete technical and administrative tasks according to guidelines
- Deliver tasks on time with high-quality standards
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools (5S, Root Cause Analysis) for continuous improvement
Your Profile
- Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Certifying Staff license preferred, or willingness to obtain it
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality-driven industry, ideally MRO
- Quality- and safety-focused, precise, independent, and team-oriented
- Strong self-discipline, responsibility, and communication skills
- Working in a 2-shift system
- German B2 and English B1+
