We at Spitex Uster, a business area of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to ensure and advance outpatient care, support, and assistance for about 40,500 residents in the City of Uster and the municipality of Mönchaltorf together with us.
Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counseling, household help and support, as well as the Spitex shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring, and individual care, support, and assistance in the household. With our help, clients can stay in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

Your main tasks
- Taking on cross-team assignments, including professional responsibility for colleagues
- Resource-oriented care and support of our clients
- Providing basic and partly complex treatment nursing services
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
You bring
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Flexibility, good organizational skills, and resilience
- Social competence and commitment
- Joy in care and support as well as high independence
- Strong customer and service orientation internally and externally
- Communication skills, good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Digital fitness for daily electronic administration
- Optionally own car (with mileage reimbursement by Spitex) or driver's license category B, alternatively e-bikes are available
