Your main tasks are
- care and support of residents according to the care process as well as support of relatives in all complex situations
- show coping strategies in crisis situations for residents and relatives
- active participation in interdisciplinary collaboration with all parties involved in care and support
- documenting and interpreting the nursing services provided
- professionally accompanying, supporting and advising trainees and students
You have
- training as a Nurse HF (DN II, AKP)
- several years of professional experience in geriatric and long-term care
- high social and self-competence with strong communication skills
- skills and abilities in dealing with complex and rapidly changing situations
- solution-oriented working method within the interdisciplinary care team
- holistic, networked thinking
- good IT skills
