Your Tasks
- Planning, organising and conducting training and further education measures
- Developing modern educational concepts in healthcare
- Supporting and advising participants and lecturers
- Quality assurance and further development of existing educational offerings
- Collaborating on projects for personnel and organisational development
Your Profile
- Completed studies in the field of pedagogy, health sciences or comparable
- Experience in adult education or educational management is an advantage
- Organisational strength and communication skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Confident handling of digital learning formats (e-learning, blended learning)
