About the job
For our Geneva Boutique, we are looking for a Cashier M/F on a fixed-term contract, starting mid-November for 5 months.
Integrated within our Geneva Boutique, you are responsible for handling all payments.
You must adhere to the quality and service standards that CHANEL wishes to offer its clientele, as well as convey the house's image with elegance and simplicity.
Within the boutique, your main duties notably include:
-Processing all payments and ensuring the opening and closing of the cash register for the day
-Mastering and applying CHANEL's internal regulations and procedures regarding payments and tax refunds
-Managing the client database
-Ensuring impeccable service quality by creating a unique experience for each client throughout the payment process
-Promoting collaboration by ensuring information sharing
You have a successful initial experience as a Cashier in the Fashion and Luxury sector.
You are familiar with our product lines and have already worked for a major luxury brand.
Particularly motivated and interested in this field, you appreciate the multicultural environment and are recognised for your rigour and reliability, as well as your interpersonal and service skills.
You are fluent in English, as well as another foreign language.
