Are you passionate about art and culture and want to actively shape the cultural diversity of the city of Lucerne? In this versatile role at the interface of culture, administration, and politics, you can contribute your expertise, set your own impulses, and help shape the city's cultural promotion.

• You are responsible for individual project funding. This includes processing applications as well as advising and corresponding with applicants.
• You prepare their meetings, accompany them, and ensure a structured follow-up of meetings and funding decisions.
• You organise the call for applications and conduct juries for studio allocations and cultural projects.
• You participate in working and project groups and support the implementation of the Culture Agenda 2030.

• You are passionate about art and culture and want to actively shape their promotion and development.
• You have a university or university of applied sciences degree or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring experience in project work in the cultural sector. Administrative experience is an advantage.
• You are familiar with the cultural scene in the city of Lucerne or have a connection to it.
• You are interested in cultural policy issues and developments.
• You quickly grasp complex contexts, work independently, and have strong organisational skills.
• You are confident in dealing with different stakeholders and communicate appropriately to the audience.
• You are a communicative personality, think creatively, and act solution-oriented.
• You are proficient with various communication tools, show initiative, and enjoy working in a team.
