The Blue Cross Bern-Solothurn-Fribourg is a specialized organization for addiction issues with the areas of work prevention + health promotion, counseling + therapy as well as integration + companies. Around 90 employees and about 260 volunteers at 13 locations implement the diverse offers, which are co-financed by service contracts from the cantons as well as donations and contributions from institutions and private individuals.
The networking with the Swiss and International Blue Cross supports innovation and quality assurance. The Blue Cross is politically and denominationally independent.
roundabout is a national hip-hop network for girls and young women from 8 to 20 years old. The health promotion and prevention offer of the Blue Cross strengthens the participants in their personality and encourages them to appreciate their bodies and to exercise regularly. This strengthens self-confidence as well as a positive body image.
For our specialist office for addiction prevention in Bern, we are looking for a

Workload 30%
Framework conditions
- The workload is 30% and usually includes one office day and one evening work assignment per week
- The ideal workday is Tuesday. Other workdays are possible by arrangement
Area of activity
- Building and accompanying roundabout dance groups
- Searching, accompanying and motivating volunteer employees
- Dance and pedagogical support of volunteer employees
- Co-organization of training and dance events
- Networking work and promotion of roundabout at the cantonal level
- Cooperation with other cantonal leaders as well as the national leader
- Administrative and coordinative tasks
Requirements profile
- Education in pedagogy, psychology, social work or comparable degree
- Dance and teaching experience or corresponding training with a focus on street dance/hip-hop
- Good knowledge of French
- An existing dance network or good contacts in the Fribourg region
- Independence, flexibility, initiative and creativity
- Willingness for evening and partly weekend assignments
- Very good PC user skills and organizational abilities
- Identification with our mission statement
