The Blue Cross Bern-Solothurn-Fribourg is a specialised organisation for addiction issues with the areas of work prevention + health promotion, counselling + therapy as well as integration + companies. Around 90 employees and about 260 volunteers at 13 locations implement the diverse offers, which are co-financed by service contracts from the cantons as well as donations and contributions from institutions and private individuals.
The networking with the Swiss and International Blue Cross supports innovation and quality assurance. The Blue Cross is politically and denominationally independent.
roundabout is a national hip-hop network for girls and young women aged 8 to 20. The health promotion and prevention offer of the Blue Cross strengthens the participants in their personality and encourages them to appreciate their bodies and to exercise regularly. This strengthens self-confidence as well as a positive body image.
For our specialised office for addiction prevention in Bern, we are looking for a

Workload 30%
Framework conditions
- The workload is 30% and usually includes one office day and one evening shift per week.
- The ideal working day is Tuesday. Other working days are possible by arrangement.
- The collaboration is close with the Bern team; the office location is in Bern.
Area of activity
- Establishment and support of roundabout dance groups
- Responsibility for resource and funding acquisition to ensure the financing of the offer
- Maintenance and further development of cooperations with partner organisations
- Search, support and motivation of voluntary employees
- Dance and pedagogical support of the voluntary employees
- Co-organisation of training sessions and dance events
- Networking work and promotion of roundabout at the cantonal level
- Collaboration with other cantonal leaders as well as the national leader
- Administrative and coordinative tasks
Profile requirements
- Dance and teaching experience or corresponding training with a focus on street dance/hip-hop
- Independence, flexibility, initiative and creativity
- Willingness for evening and partly weekend shifts
- Very good organisational skills
- Identification with our mission statement
